• Eligibility path (3-year or 5-year rule)
• All other profile and travel information

Immigration Law Changes

1. Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

   • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
   • Denial of naturalization application
   • Immigration status issues
   • Missed deadlines or filing windows
   • Any other intangible losses

2. Any damages resulting from:

   • Your use of or inability to use the Service
   • Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in calculations or information
   • Data loss or corruption
   • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data on your device
   • Any other matter relating to the Service

EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Because Green Card Trips is a free or low-cost tool provided as-is, in no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (if any), or $10.00 USD, whichever is greater.
